Feature Overview

Channel Settlements shows the raw settlement statements synced from each marketplace, so you can verify what the platform charged and paid.

If Profit Dashboard or Report Data looks off, start here to compare against the original bill.


How to Open

Top menu: Reports > Financial Reports > Channel Settlements


What’s on the Page

Filters

Filter Purpose
Channel Marketplace (e.g. Amazon, Newegg)
Store Specific store
Settlement date Filter by settlement period
Settlement ID Exact search when you know the ID

Use Search to refresh; Reset to clear filters.

Tabs

Tab Purpose
Settlement Reports Statement summary (date, channel, ID, currency, amount, period)
Transactions Line items under a settlement


How to Use (3 Steps)

  1. Choose channel, store, and settlement date, then Search.
  2. Find the statement under Settlement Reports.
  3. Open Transactions for details, or read the profit accounting guide to understand fee mapping.

  • This page is the platform’s raw view; Profit Dashboard is the unified profit view.
  • If empty, check authorization, sync status, and date range.
