Feature Overview

Mark high-risk buyers inside SellingPilot. The blacklist does not change marketplace buyer status; it is an internal flag only.

How to Use

From the order list: hover the buyer marker and add to blacklist.

From the blacklist page: click Add, enter the identifiers required on the form and a note, then save. Search, edit, or remove later.

FAQ

Q1: Will platform orders still sync? Yes. Use check rules / manual review for flagged buyers.
Q2: How to remove? Open the blacklist and remove or disable the buyer.
