Feature Overview

Data Management tracks product feed / import-export jobs: upload spreadsheets, watch progress, and fix failed rows.

How to Use

1. Open Data Management and check job status (processing / success / failed).
2. Download the latest template, fill columns, then upload.
3. Track the job; download error details for failed rows and re-upload.
4. Confirm updates on the product pool.

Do not rename template columns. Row and file limits follow the on-page hints.

FAQ

Q1: Stuck on processing? Large files take time. Refresh; if it never finishes, contact support with the job time.
Q2: Partial failure? Fix SKU, required columns, and formats on failed rows only, then upload again.
