Profit Dashboard

Feature Overview

The Profit Dashboard shows whether you made money in a settlement period, where the money went, and which products contributed most.

High sales ≠ high profit. Platform fees, tax, and costs can erase margin. Use this page for daily profit review and to find winners vs losers.

For how profit is calculated, see the profit accounting guide. This page focuses on how to open it and how to use it.

Filter How to use
Channel One marketplace or all
Store One store or combined
Settlement date Bill period (settlement time, not order time)

Tip: Align the date range with your platform billing cycle (e.g. one calendar month).

2. Income & expense breakdown

Charts show how revenue comes in and where spend goes (platform fees, tax, cost, etc.).

3. Top 50 ranking

Rank products by store SKU (up to 50) with fields like gross profit, margin, units, sales revenue, platform spend, tax, and cost.

If you see “No data”, change the date range or confirm settlements are synced.

4. Contribution view

Extra views of profit contribution for deeper analysis.

How to Use (3 Steps)

  1. Set scope — channel, store, settlement dates (e.g. last month).
  2. Check overall — income vs expense structure.
  3. Check products — high-margin SKUs to scale; high-sales low-margin SKUs to fix pricing/fees/cost.

Use Channel Settlements to reconcile bills; Fee Management for custom fees.

Notes

  • Numbers are after SellingPilot’s unified mapping and may differ from raw platform bills.
  • Sales Reports ≠ Profit Dashboard (performance vs profit; time basis may differ).
  • Persistent empty data: check authorization, settlement sync, and dates.

FAQ

Q: Why doesn’t it match Amazon/Newegg?
A: Fees are mapped into a unified model and some store-level fees may be allocated. Check mapping docs and settlements.

Q: First time—what should I look at?
A: Last month → income/expense chart → top and bottom gross-profit SKUs.
